-I think we should set up a calendly for @ana-0k where she sets appointment times to chat with people based on her/your availability at the conferences

-if she/someone keeps it up to date with conference attendance, we can use that to manage in-person meeting times/locations

I think calendly is tricky because of how sensitive the timezones can be. The next conference is in HK so UTC+8. When we attend conferences we are usually available starting in the afternoons (12p+) until late evenings.
