Ubiquity has been doing research and development for the past several years and now wants to build a BizDev team to bring UbiquityOS to market. Before growing a team, we should have smooth processes to make onboarding very straightforward. Ubiquity currently has a

Completion Criteria:

• onboarding google-doc with setup instructions (wallet, contact info, system accesses, etc) and a daily, weekly and monthly "battle rhythms" (i.e. checklists)
  • this doc should be written for a non-dev who has never used github and who has never used cryptocurrency so it will have how-to's for opening issues (including for their recurring biz dev tasks), creating a wallet, a basic breakdown of how crypto works, cashing out instructions, etc..
• google-drawing with a visual of the marketing tech stack
• basic notion page to contact the People Person (a.k.a. Lord of HR and Marketing) by email if interested in joining Ubiquities bizdev team (Currently, only Core Team members can work on this repo. If bizdev people are "onboarded" to the bizdev team with this SOP, they can be assigned / self-assign bizdev tasks from this repo)
