Ublue Wallpapers

@EinoHR made an amazing collection of wallpapers for Ublue OS! We were thinking about adding it onto the bling layer directly but we're pretty sure it would make the github runner run out of storage (as it did when we tried to directly add Nerd Fonts), we thought about making a separate repo for packaging them as RPMs/tar files. What do you all think?

I think a separate repo is just ok. If the wallpapers take too much space in the Github builder, they can't really be built as a separate container or into people's custom images, can they.

I'm not sure of what to do here. One option would be including just like one wallpaper, and then directing people to like the website to download others.
