We currently disable zincati by default and have a note in README about it not working with ostree containers.

When this is fixed we should revisit use of zincati rather than rpm-ostreed-automatic.timer

feat: add bootc

this will allow us to experiment with bootc, plus, offers a way for
users to auto-update and reboot which seems to be the new solution for a
zincati replacement.
