It's really unfortunate having to manually run the server every time for tests, in principle this is easily achievable in the test harnesses now that we have cucumber tests with a proper main.

Would be nice to automatically run the database too, but testcontainers-rs only supports docker, and I use podman for quite a few reasons so I'm a bit reluctant to create a hard dependency on docker.
