Google Analytics active.
Current outbound clicks available through events in Report -> Engagement -> Events -> clicks -> link URL at bottom.

Google tag manager is throwing warnings in the console; need to investigate why. The .js file throwing the warnings is a google file, not ours, so analytics settings/code could need updating.
