• pattonsburg - missing top portion and needs recheck after DEM fix
• rhineland (needs recheck after DEM fix)
• shawneetown - right side missing and needs recheck after DEM fix
• silex (needs recheck after DEM fix)

• Remove Area Not included polygons from NFHL

Check data coordinate systems to ensure consistency and no weird behavior

Odanah floodplain needed to be rebuilt to better cover whole area. Maybe still inconsistent with NFHL, but better than before
