uclahs-cds/tool-Nextflow-action#33 requires changes to the Nextflow testing workflow files.

I have manually disabled the testing workflow (https://github.com/uclahs-cds/pipeline-align-DNA/actions/workflows/nextflow-tests.yaml) but must re-enable it after implementing the required changes.

This should hopefully resolve the issues from #302.
