S4 OS was upgraded to Rocky8 and Spack-Stack re-installed.
The modulefiles for S4 need updates to use the new install of SPak Stack

I just started working actively on it.
By the end of this week or early next week, I will submit a pull request for that.

After the upgrade of S4 to Rocky8, there was a lot of instabilities, slowing down everything.
As of last Friday, things seems to be stable.

I installed Spack-Stack 1.6.0, unified and fms 2024.01 environments.
