I noticed this package is released into kinetic but it appears to be a pure copy of the bullet physics library.

To that end it appears to conflict/shadow the system version of bullet: https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/libbullet-dev We generally don't want to be repackaging system dependencies as it takes a lot of effort as well as can break other packages on the system. (Anyone compiled or linked against the system version will likely get unexpected(usually crashes) behavior if linked against this slightly different version.)

It also appears to be the same version so is this something that we can remove and switch to the system dependency?
