I have noticed this behaviour in the Zonal stat module, when you launch the zonal stat and get the table with results, if I'm choosing a "zone name" column with text having apostrophes, all apostrophes are gone and replaced by space in the table generated by the zonal stat tool (and therefore also when this table is exported in csv). This should be solved (because it prevent doing a clean table join in QGIS using that column unique IDs).
Hint: maybe it's during the import of the layer in AccessMod that the layer losses these characters (but I cannot check it from within AM).
