Job that finds & merges hostinfo rows with same hardware serial no

Create a job that looks for machines with different certificates, but the same serial number, and non-overlapping timelines for files. That indicates these are actually the same machine. A likely explanation is that the OS on the machine has been re-installed.

How to handle this: Find out which certificate is the "old" one, no longer in use. The hostinfo row should be deleted, and the files should all be marked as "not current".
