Start testing of the D4PR platform

Testing data will be pulled from MMV Pathogen Box Bioscores for the D4PR Platform. This will be made available from the NAU-DDIG database in Excel format when needed by the programmers.

I will go ahead and curate the Excel data sheet, in order to improve its quality.
