Enhancement: Add date higher on rendered newsletter

When you got back to the archives of and individual newsroom, on the right hand side you get list of about 5 of the most recent issues. If you click on one of the dates then the page renders the issue for that date. But no where on the page do you see the actual date of the issue. This especially because a problem when you go to the full list of past issues and select one that is not one of the most recent five. Can the date of the issue be placed near the page title?
