For now, after the record gets created, you are free to change the "proxied" setting of the created record in the dashboard manually, it won't get overwritten with periodic updates.
CloudFlare by default only forwards a limited set of ports, which is why the proxied wasn't set by default.
With that said, if we want to support setting "proxied" during record creation, we would need an additional configuration entry for that. However, its value may "drift" from the actual settings in CloudFlare due to manual modifications in the dashboard, which may cause confusion that I don't quite intend.
