Outdated repos not being removed from the platform.

There are a lot of outdated repos on the platform that appear to be no longer being maintained. ie. They have no commits for 5+ years, issues/pr's not being responded to, etc.

Would it be a helpful contribution if I put together a PR to remove some of these repos from the platform?

I have some automation that looks at inactive projects and the [latest run] suggests the worst outliers are around 2021:

Project _data/projects/Marquee.yml could be inactive, it's last activity was '2021-09-07 20:06:17 UTC'
Project _data/projects/kentico-emsextentionsmarketplace.yml could be inactive, it's last activity was '2021-12-[13](https://github.com/up-for-grabs/up-for-grabs.net/actions/runs/12735846221/job/35495067891#step:4:14) 23:47:01 UTC'
Project _data/projects/owljs.yml could be inactive, it's last activity was '2021-11-29 13:53:25 UTC'

If there's a different field that we should look at, we should update that logic to avoid the manual work of checking this area...
