default content of email body

currently the default content in the body of the email form is:

this is ok, but we rarely want to put a heading in an email and the sign-off @upstage-org is not what we would put.

actually there doesn't need to be anything here, or else simply plain text that says:

"Enter the text of your email here."

note: this is extremely non-urgent, only to be done when you have absolutely nothing else to do!
