broken image in Email Notification interface

there is a broken image in the Body field of the Email Notification interface; this is appearing in all current instances (upstage.live, qmu & dev-app).

actually there really doesn't need to be anything in the body - we can enter what we want, & for hosted instances such as QMU they may want to put their own info there anyway. so please just make it that the Body field is blank.

this is absolutely non-urgent, just assigning to gloria for someone to do it when it's easy to do.
