Installation of color feature branch does not work

Hello I hope you can help or confirm that your code works.
I had no issues with building and using the mono event simulator, but when I tried to use the color feature branch, it wouldn't work.

I can attach the error log if you need it, but could you confirm that you can actually run the color event simulator.

I'm running the simulator on Ubuntu 20.04 with ROS Noetic.
