Create an updated comparison table between V8 & V24 components

It'd be great to have an updated comparison table between V8 and V24 components, like the currently have for V8 and V14, so users who're looking to upgrade can get a quick picture on any changes made to components, and the current best ways to replace old ones:

As for where it should live, perhaps somewhere in the current upgrading guide.

V24 docs don't have any V8 upgrading instructions at all, and instead just refer to V14->V23 upgrade guide which in turn refers to V8->V14 upgrading guide.

We could consider adding a sub-page under Upgrading Guide for V8 migrations, where this would fit naturally.
