Words deleted in punctuated file

I saved the News Commentary Test Data in README in a txt file, and tried punctuating it using the original code in punctuator.py, but the punctuated file is different from the one in examples:

And it seems like some words are deleted after punctuation, can someone please help me with this. Thanks!
