Querying and listing account vaults

When accounts create vaults using the functionality added in #3 it probably makes sense to list them.
In a production app, this is likely information we want to hide, but for now it makes things easier in terms of usage if we show all the registered vaults that a user has created (and registered).

So this task is about querying the known registered vaults from the staking manager and listing them with their addresses in the UI.

Just noting here, that this is already part of #8, although in a very basic form. I plan to list further details for each vault.
