  • Always read VAULT_ADDR from ENV, remove from .hashi-helper-config.yml.pgp
  • Always read VAULT_TOKEN from ~/.vault-token, fall back to ENV, remove from .hashi-helper-config.yml.pgp
  • With only Keybase team and editor remaining, make .hashi-helper-config.yml.pgp unencrypted by default (and rename default to .hashi-helper-config.yml)
  • Make with with editor flags (like code --wait) so people aren't forced to use vim, nano, etc.
  • Investigate GUI editor / separating secrets / encrypting only values (not keys, or the whole file)
