Route segments execution flow in app router

I believed that the layout is execute first, then template and finally page.
but If I add a async -await afetch request inside of layout the page code is executed first in the server.

Example:

export default async function layout({children}){
   await wait(5000); // fetch
   console.log("Layout")
   return <div>{children}</div>
}

export default async function Page({children}){
   await wait(2000); // fetch
   console.log("Page")
   return <div>{children}</div>
}

Output:

Page
