Missing eventtrackerissuereported string in lang file

I was just checking my Moodle Logs with debugging turned on and got the following warning:
Invalid get_string() identifier: 'eventtrackerissuereported' or component 'tracker'. Perhaps you are missing $string['eventtrackerissuereported'] = ''; in mod/tracker/lang/en/tracker.php?

I am using your Moodle 2.8 Stable branch but the string is missing from others as well.
