Hi, I'm having trouble using the following tracker settings. While I'm opting for user support ticketing from support mode, more users are also looking at other people's solicitation requests. When they open the User Tracker activity than they are viewing own resolved request but when they click on NEW TICKET or any Ticket Summary Resolved count numbers are changed. When they are clicking on RESOLVED tabs from NEW TICKET or any request summary, they are viewing all the resolved tickets.

Similarly, when I'm option for customize option from support mode. layout is out of order after create a ticket.

Support Mode: "USER SUPPORT TICKETTING"

Ok what i suspect is a miss in the ticket filtering algoithm in one access path of the code. USER SUPPORT TICKETTING mode is actually supposed isolating each submitter in his own support space without view of other's input. We'll check the effectivity of this rule asap.
If you could tell which moodle version and wich branch you are using in the github, we may better focus on it for publishing fix

Moodle version is 3.10 and using branch moodle-mod_tracker-MOODLE_39_STABLE.

Dear Sir,

The complete details of the facing issues as following:

Issue 1: Role for students

I have customized the role for students for Support Tracker. Just allow to students to report tickets, Add comments in the ticket and see issue content. However, TURN EDITING ON button is appearing to students for updating the ticket details, state etc.

Issue 2: Quick find ticket error
During searching the ticket error message shows Exception - Class '\mod_tracker\view_controller' not found

Issue 3: Resolved tickets showing of others

During creating and viewing the ticket student can easily see the Resolved tickets of other users.

User also can see the other user tickets changing the ticekt id in URL
