Data Preparation for MAGIC population

Dear Vincent,

Thank you for the useful software.
I am currently working on an eight-founder MAGIC maize DH population for my PhD.
I would like to conduct mapping with this mppR.
However, I can not find the instruction about the coding of pedigree information cross.ind and par.per.cross for a MAGIC population, which can parents are all the 8 founders. Do you know here I can get more information about it?

Dear Yan Cheng, mppR is only handling population composed of crosses like NAM, diallel, factorial design or breeding populations but no populations with further intercrossing. Thank you for the quite reply, it's a shame that I couldn't use it!
I already read about statgenMPP and r/qtl2, but none of them had developed QTL detection for G by E.
