[UI Suggestion ] Bigger app icons in grid format with easier navigation

Describe the bug

Currently bauh shows very small icons and detail which requires focus and it strains eyes

Can it be changed so as to show bigger icons with bigger text in grid like format like on PlayStore with option to switch between grid like layout also for apps that don't have icon a generic icon can be used with three tabs on top Browse, Installed, updates

this mock image is not accurate , but something like this with would be pleasant and easy to use for linux newbies
