open todo in small vertical split and global todo list #40

I am not sure if it is possible to open the todo in a small vertical split (by default or everytime) like we see in plugins like ultisnips or vim-plug

Also i wish there was a global todolist which i can access from any directory.

Please tell how i can make this work.

I suppose the creation of split(s) with todo items is out of the scope of this plugin.

Also i wish there was a global todolist which i can access from any directory

In case you want create global todolist available from current vim session, please create vim shortcut which open your todolist, for example

map <leader>t :vsp /path/to/todolist<cr>
