Sergey writes:

Right now you can vote even on the bills that had been enacted. Maybe voting should get closed at some point, like after enaction?

Retroactive Voting

Liquid lets you vote on items even after they've been voted upon in the legislature.

It lets you retroactively go back to any piece of legislation and vote for or against it.

This opens up all new possibilities.

For example, this allows you to go back and vote for/against controversial laws like:

Any piece of legislation that you have strong feelings about.

Citizens now have the option to go back and formally express their change of opinions.

We can show the change in support for items over time, like this:
