Use Maplight & opensecrets data to supplement bill info

Maplight conducts research to see which orgs have come out in support or opposition to the bill. We can have a support or oppose list and link to the place where they take a position.

Open Secrets has lobbying data. search by bill number and show which groups are lobbying on the bill. This data also exists on the CA level from the SoS. This won't tell us for/against, but should at least identify active fields. Maybe let people tag whether the group is for or against?

Maplight has limits on for-profit use and OpenSecrets doesn't have a clear process for sharing data, we'd have to contact them
