Use CA LAO reports to supplement bill info

CA's Legislative Analyst's Office puts out reports for most pieces of legislation before committee and floor votes. It's a pretty good summary of the bill at that moment and it sometimes has a list of orgs that have come out in support or against or commented on it. Here's an example:

This one has five different reports. We should have a link to each version, a link to each report and a list of supporters and opponents for each version.

It's important to have all versions as they don't always keep up a list of supporters/opponents and the bills often change dramatically from one version to the next.
