Ideally we'd eventually be able to pull in their phone numbers, but not necessary to get started.

Add a text message icon next to the fb/twitter/email on this page

When someone clicks it, bring them to a new page where we prep a text message with the comment on their behalf. It then sends a text to the number they input, ideally from the voter's phone number
