Buildings get imported as flat meshes - no 3D geometry

Hi!
I'm new to GitHub so hope I'm posting my problem in a right place.
I saw a tutorial where 3D buildings were imported to SketchUp via this plugin - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKUGAZXU4dY
I tried that for some areas that I'm sure 3D content is available from OSM but I could only import flat building meshes, with no 3D form, no extrusion, no height.
I don't think that SketchUp version is the case. I tried both with v8, v2020, and the tutorial author succeeded with v2018.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Sorry, I don't have resources to support skp2osm.
I noticed you already successfully installed the addon blender-osm for Blender. It's far more advanced than skp2osm.

Do you know who should I contact then to get information about skp2osm? Still, I'd like to be able to import data straight to SketchUp.
