Is correct capitalization ZCAP, zCap, zcap, or something else? It's impossible to tell from the text that's here, and the only zcap-related spec I could find is a 6 month old draft of Authorization Capabilities for Linked Data v0.3 which takes care to only refer to ZCAP-LD (all caps) and never a bare zcap with any capitalization.
