Capability negotiation is a fraught area. Should we say something about it using those words? (Our general words aren't wrong, but perhaps calling this out might help people to spot it?)

If the fingerprinting guide adopts a change along these lines, I'd love to incorporate it by reference in the Privacy & Security Questionnaire!

Coming back to this too belatedly, but what kind of advice should we be giving about capability negotiation?
