Collapsed layer groups and layers that are not in groups look very similar #182

Currently the only difference between a collapsed layer group and a layer not in a group is that layer groups are bold. While I don't have a great suggestion for an alternative, this seems a bit confusing as bold generally means active, rather than "expand me, I'm a group". I wonder also if there's an accessibility issue with it?

There is the little arrow besides the group name. If you want more, i think you can just change the css

Don't know if it's in the right place to add my question.
Currently I'm using ths layerswitcher with Openlayers 4 but I have an issue with layer groups that are not base maps. when I remove 'type: base' line, the layerswitcher button is suddenly gone when mouseover it !
How can I fix it?
