annoying "pop-in"

well the topic if obvious, that waltz bubble is honestly annoying especially when it lays itself over the sign in form, especially when I have my phone not nearby it is pretty annoying because it needs to be clicked away each time.

a different UI Idea would be that waltz could change the icon in the toolbar (similarly to the firefox addon videodownloadhelper where the logo usually is greyed out but gains color when you have something to download)
as an option that would be nice since it doesnt make anything with the websites.
