Introduce Guilds admin views to facilitate specific actions accessible only to active guilds

In short: A backend for the Guilds to easily perform on-chain tasks.

Contracts in use

3 Workflows for Guilds

  • Actions: guilds.oig:claim, guilds.oig:claimtostake, guilds.oig:tgglautopay
  • 3 Action Forms: for guilds.oig:claim, guilds.oig:claimtostake, & guilds.oig:tgglautopay
  • Display Table guilds.oig::guilds
  • individual forms
  • form validation
