Custom edid

Hello, Im using a Mac Mini M1 to LG tv HDMI, and another with adapter and a LG C2, custom edid is working 4k rgb 10b but when switch off the tv or change source, the tv don't connect again, for connect again I need to open Remote Desktop and press apply edid now every time, any one have a solution ? Is posible add apply edid now keyboard shortcut for me call with script ? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

This could be added as a feature. But normally the EDID should be automacially applied + even if not, there should not be a blank screen, so it's weird you need to do this every time. Is the display identifier changed in the EDID or is it the original?

I try both, now I have changed the serial, I have too the protections on. Thanks

The better way is not to change IDs and have the protections on - if it does not make any difference, you should use it like that. An other thing you can try meanwhile is to assign two resolution favorite shortcuts - one should be with a low refresh rate, one with high and try changing it - this might kick things back to work as changing the refresh rate induces a real mode change.
