Is it possible to load all updates after :PackerSync without restart NeoVim?

As title. I have been using your plugin since 2021/10/1, and I love it. I just found that it's very tedious to:

1. Update some parts of my config.
2. Quit NeoVim.
3. Start NeoVim and run :PackerSync.
4. See the result.

Sometimes, I will find myself needing to change some settings of some plugins during development. If I need to see the update, that will mean that I have to give up all windows of fine-tuned size. it will be great if I can run the update in another NeoVim session and see all existing sessions get updated.
