课程日历模块，已排课程如果有已经取消了的订单，该课程无法删除 #405

测试环境描述：线上服务器、chrome[59.0.3071.115(64bit)]、macOS Sierra(10.12.5)操作系统
前置条件：课程日历有排课存在、已排课程有取消的订单

操作：

进入管理后台的课程日历模块，此时日历中有一节课，并且有已经取消的订单
点击管理课程，而后删除该课程
点击确定按钮后，查看情况
刷新该界面查看结果

预期结果：在操作中点击了确认按钮后，确认框消失。刷新日历界面后，被删除的课程不在日历界面中显示
实际结果：点击了确认按钮后，确认框没有消失。刷新日历界面后，被删除的课程还是在日历界面中显示
