Kindle Paperwhite端末にて挿絵がサムネイルとして表示されてしまう #383

Ver.2.9.0にてKindle端末にて挿絵がサムネイルとして表示される問題が改善されていますが
以下の環境で挿絵がサムネイルとして取り扱われてしまう問題を確認しましたので報告します。

■環境情報
Narou.rb Version 3.7.1
AozoraEpub3 1.1.1b8Q (2021/2/27)
Kindle Paperwhite (Firmware 5.13.5)

■問題を確認した小説
薬屋のひとりごと (n9636x)
　└挿絵が設定されている「187：九、雷　後編」にある画像が書籍サムネイルとして表示されます。

AozoraEpub3 で先頭の数ページ以内にある挿絵を表紙にする、的オプションをいじっても制御できないし、
どうやって直したらいいのかわかってないまま8年近く経ってます
