Open app with given way-ID

It would be great to be able to initialize the app with a given way ID.

UseCases:

• Link to the App from external Tools
• Link to the App as primary Editor from a MapRoulette Challenge

I am working on adding this feature to https://github.com/osmberlin/osm-tag-updater as well. I plan to use Tanstac Router (React Location) as a library.

A follow up to this would be …

• to add links to JSON/iD and to add a copy-button to transfer the tags (I will add this to the tag-updater shortly)
• to add an OSM login and write the updated tags to the DB directly (I plan to experiment with this in the tag-updater-project)
