AdorerLayer lost

Sorry, my main purpose is to seek help.
Dock is combined with ribbon and cannot be dragged. I found that AdorerLayer is missing, it may be due to style interference.
I tried to add AdorerLayer, but was unsuccessful.
I don't have much research on AdorerLayer, can you help me solve it.
