[Feature Request]: BIP-352 support

afaik silent-payments work only w/ the taproot internal key not the taptree and a liana taproot "wallet"/account will always have a taptree.

i've spend some time to wrap my head around how we can integrate it in liana, and the only way i think about is having a separate "wallet"/account w/o recoverry path for receiving SP and, i'm not sure if we want to do this.

but maybe @josibake @cygnet3 @Sosthene00 have better idea

If i remember correctly bip352 mandate to use key path spend for Taproot. I'm not even sure it can do P2WSH? In this case it would only be possible for very specific usages which would be confusing to a user.
