In order to leave functions as listings_get_page_id() as generic as possible and able to use within multiple extensions, the pages and shortcodes need to be prefixed with the extension slug.

submit_job_form should become jobs_submit_form for example.

The core plugin doesn't have any shortcodes or pages anymore. Moving this issue to the jobs repository: wplistings/listings-jobs#14
