Add Document button is enabled even with empty mandatory fields

Description

When try to add 'other' type document for an api Add Document button can be clicked even without entering a value for the mandatory field Other Document Type. This button should be disabled if the mandatory fields are empty.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create REST API
2. Go to Documents page
3. Enter values for Name and Summary
4. Select Other as the Type
5. Click Add Document button without entering a value for Other Document Type
