Continuously observing some info logs after updating the APIM 3.2.0 and API-M 3.2.1

Problem

The following INFO logs are continuously getting printed after updating the APIM 3.2.0 product.

TID: INFO {org.apache.synapse.commons.throttle.core.ThrottleReplicator} - Start running ThrottleReplicatorTask.
TID: INFO {org.apache.synapse.commons.throttle.core.ThrottleWindowReplicator} - Start running ThrottleWindowReplicatorTask.

Solution

We can move those logs into DEBUG mode
