Description

APIM 3.2.0 could not able to handle paths with the following URL pattern:
<resource-path>/?<query-params>

Steps to Reproduce

Create an API using this API definition via publisher portal.
Invoke the /open resource using : https://localhost:8243/dfdf/v1df/open/?hello=true
